Looking for a budget friendly, unique and easy way of displaying table numbers at your special event? This post is for you! We'll share how to incorporate these frames as versatile wedding decor, from table numbers to unique decorative accents. ✨
What you will need:
- Standing double glass frames (I'm using our 4x4" frames here!)
- Pressed flowers and greenery
- Number cutouts (I used a Cricut to create my numbers. Alternatively you can use window/glass markers to write the numbers on the glass.)
- Glue
- Tweezers
Cursive Number Cutouts
I'll quickly go over how I created these gorgeous number cutouts. I found a free template on Cricut Design Space containing numbers written in a beautiful font. I edited it and resized the numbers to fit our frames. Lastly, I loaded my Cricut with regular printing paper on a light-grip mat. However, I highly recommend using a thicker piece of paper or vinyl, this will make it a lot easier work with!
💁♀️ Alternatively, you can draw the numbers on the glass using a window/glass marker.
Decorate Frames With Florals
This is the fun part! Lay out your pressed flowers and greenery on the frame. You may need to use some glue to hold the thinner pieces in place. After everything is secured, carefully place the number on top.
Carefully Close the Frame
Close the frame and secure it using the latch on the side. If the frame doesn't close comfortably, this indicates that the contents may be too thick for our frames. Remove a few flowers or try again using something that was pressed flatter. Leaves and petals work the best!
Tada! It's so simple and looks amazing. ✨ Personally I love the look of using darker florals to contrast the white lettering. Try experimenting with the colour of the words or florals!
