Using our frames 

1. Why are the contents inside my frame sliding around?

We designed our frames to accommodate a wide range of thickness (around 1.5mm). To accomplish this, thinner pieces may slide around. Simply use a touch of glue, or layer the contents to increase thickness to hold them in place.

2. I put pressed flowers inside the frame but why can't I close it?

Unfortunately, in this case the contents may be too thick for our frames. Even though we tried our best to design our frames to accommodate various thicknesses, some flowers are just too difficult to press flat. We recommend displaying thick pieces in a shadow box instead.

 

Custom orders 

1. Can you press my flowers and frame them? 

Yes - however, we are only able to press fresh flowers and only if the flowers are shipped within Canada 🇨🇦. Unfortunately I cannot accept fresh flowers internationally, as wait times at customs can vary and the flowers may die during transit.

2. Do you accept wholesale orders? 

Yes, we do! Typically we can offer wholesale pricing on our frames when you purchase 5 sets or more. Please contact us for more details.
